Dive Safety Seminars

Niles Clarke will present “Practical Strategies to Manage Decompression
Risk” in a special evening safety seminar at DAN headquarters. This session
will consider practical factors that affect decompression risk and the science
behind each of them. It will also provide tips to help divers proactively manage
decompression risk.

Diving Emergency Management Provider
It’s uncommon for emergencies to be single events; more often they’re out-
comes of several small problems compounded. The DAN Diving Emergency
Management Provider (DEMP) course is perfect for people interested in learning
to provide first aid for a variety of scenarios. DEMP integrates the core content
of the four essential DAN first-aid training programs into a single course,
maximizing learning opportunities while minimizing time commitment.
